Pkoka Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

Welcome to pkoka. These Terms & Conditions establish the complete legal basis for using the pkoka platform. By browsing the pkoka website (https://pkoka.ws), creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout this document:

• "pkoka" or "we" — The pkoka brand and its operating entity.
• "User" or "you" — anyone who has registered on or is using the pkoka platform.
• "Platform" — the pkoka website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "Account" — the personal profile created upon registering with pkoka.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — participating in a game or event by staking a specific amount of money.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify all details before placing your bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pkoka reserves the right to void the affected bet.

• If a match or event is cancelled, pkoka will generally refund the bet amount, though rules may vary for specific sports.
• A maximum win limit applies to each game or event. Payouts will not exceed this limit under any circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkoka platform. Any breach of pkoka's Terms & Conditions in this regard will result in immediate action:

• Attempting to defraud the system through fraud, hacking, or any other technical means.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using pkoka for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Attempting to deceive other users by impersonating pkoka staff.

Both pkoka and the user have the right to close an account, though different procedures apply depending on the circumstances.

If a user wishes to close their account: Contact the support team. Once all active bets are settled, withdraw your available balance. KYC verification must be complete before the account can be fully closed.

Reasons pkoka may close an account:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

If an inactive account holds a balance, pkoka will notify the user in advance and provide an opportunity to respond.
